We are pleased to inform that the MMG Bank offices  (located in the lobby of the building) and the Maritime Unit (23rd Floor) received their LEED certification LEED Silver and Gold, respectively. Both certifications are based on credits earned by design and construction, with scores that were above those originally estimated in this type of accreditation.

LEED is a certification system for sustainable buildings, developed by the United States Green Building Council.  It consists of a set of rules on the use of strategies for sustainability in buildings of all types, based on aspects related to energy efficiency, use of alternative energy, improved indoor environmental quality, efficiency in water consumption, sustainable development of open spaces and selection of materials.

It is our honor to have these distinctions that demonstrate Morgan & Morgan’s commitment to environmental sustainability. It is important to point out that MMG Tower is one of the first green buildings in Panama to receive this certification, thus placing it among a select group worldwide.
